Reminds me of how wonderful it felt to be someone's personal person

Reminds me of how much

Something about the rain 

Is calling me to stand outside on my balcony

And experience it anew

Something about the rain

As it hits my almost naked body

Makes me close my eyes and imagine a different you behind me

Something about the rain

Moves my hips from side to side as I recreate our dances

And the love making, laughter and snuggles that would follow

Something about the rain

Whispers that love still lives here

Even though there is
