| Alchemy Ramen, Downtown Lancaster |
Good afternoon Friends,
I think I just paid to make my own food.
I left the gym this mid morning with one thing in mind, grab some loose tea leaves from the spot on West Orange then head home for a lovely afternoon indoors. I got my tea, and decided to walk through the block that interconnects with the bead shop and spits you out on North Queen Street.
On my way up the steps, I saw a brightly color shop, or so I thought it was, tucked in the corner. I decided to check it is out. I walked in and was greeted by this lovely lady, who invited me to check out the whole place, and in the process, I decided to try it out.
Alchemy Ramen, Lancaster is a make-your-own-ramen spot with a touch of anime. It apparently mirrors kiosks in Japan (I say apparently because I have Japan on my travel list...and until I see it, it is apparently to me).
VERDICT: I am not sure...there are a couple of Japanese spot popping up around Downtown Lancaster. One spot that has always been on my list is Issei Noodle, Lancaster (been in love with their mural for a long time)...and their sister spot, Hi-FI Izakaya ("Lancaster's first Japanese Listening Lounge). I will try these two to get the vibe than come back.
