New York Public Library Derailments: Went for an Exhibition, Got Derailed by the Architecture

The murals  and everything in this McGraw Rotunda area is impeccable - New York, September 2023
Good evening Beautiful people,

I went to see the Equal Rights Amendment exhibition at the New York Public Library, and got swept away by the architecture and everything else.

The exhibition focused on the long arc of women’s rights, including materials connected to movements like the Equal Rights Amendment. It was near the part of the library where people line up outside the Rose Main Reading Room, and by the time I got there it was already quite crowded, so I decided to explore other parts of the building instead.
I will let the photos do the talking.

I still have more photos, might do a part two or create a slide show. Will also try to read up on the symbolism of everything and might update this post when I do.

If you are in New York with an hour or so to spare, add this spot to your itinerary. It is free for all.
