Out & About: Ps 23 Morning Nature Walks and Random Afternoon Philly Trips

Got some lovely things from the Nordstorm Philadelphia Clearance Rack

Good evening beautiful people,

Hope you had a lovely day. I had such a random day, that started with a nature walk in Lancaster and ended up with my going through clearance racks in Philadelphia.

I started my day with a walk that led me to a trail by the river. As I watched the water, Ps 23 came to mind, and I found myself meditating on these three lines:

He makes me lie down in green pastures,
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.

When I got home, I journalled a little, checked the train schedule and booked the next train to Philly. When I got there, I went to Trader Joe's for a sandwich and kombucha, then sat by the Schuylkill River Trail to read and journal.

My soul really needed that.
She needed to hear Ps 23 in various languages and sights.
A reminder that God's got us.
That His staff and rod guide and protect us.

Afterwards I walked through some stores as I waited for the next train back. I feel so amazing...I really needed that.
